Join eight of our students as they share their experience as a Summer Research Scholar. Covering topics from medium density housing, to Latin Jazz, to the realities of Greek dance practitioners during political unrest, the scholars will give insights into their findings and how the summer research programme prepared them for their current postgraduate studies.

Drinks and nibbles will follow, where you can ask academic representatives from each of our schools about Summer Scholarships and further postgrad study.

Find out about the 2017 Summer Research Scholarships here.

Hear 2016 Architecture scholar Sophie Crews talk about her scholarship.

Each scholar will give a three minute presentation, with slides, that answers these three questions:

  • What did you do with your Summer Scholarship?
  • What postgraduate programme are you enrolled in now and what is it like?
  • How did doing a Summer Scholarship prepare you for the programme you are in, or for any other future research you might undertake?
