Performance students at the School of Music are encouraged to extend their practical performance experience through participation in chamber music and other ensembles such as choir and orchestra, with opportunities to perform in public on a regular basis.

Sirius Music is the School's newest contemporary music ensemble, directed by Lecturer Eric Lamb.

Fidelio Wind Octet

Now in its second year, the Fidelio Wind Octet consists of the School's top wind players after a rigorous audition process. The ensemble aims to explore the Harmoniemusik repertoire of the classical period at a high level.

Fidelio will be led by Lecturer Marie Ross from the 1st clarinet position.
