My swipe card is lost or has been stolen.

If you have a Campus Card (blue card that works as both your ID card and access card), then you need to get a replacement by visiting AskAuckland Central, located in Alfred Nathan House, 24 Princes St. If you have lost your white access card (even if you haven’t lost your ID card), you will need to go and obtain a new Campus Card (see above), which will become your ID and access card. We will not be issuing replacement white access cards from 19 March 2018.
