Nga Tauira Māori represents all Maori students at The University of Auckland. It's mission is to "encourage and support Māori students in their academic, cultural and social development and achievements, generally in the context of Tino Rangatiratanga and in a manner consistent with Te Tiriti o Waitangi, its principles and tikanga."

AUPISA is the student body for all Pacific students at the University, seeking to serve its students through a series of events designed to cater to the social, cultural and academic needs of its students.
It is the only body of Pacific Island university students formally recognised within a students' association constitution (AUSA) nationally.
