Computing and technology support

Access the NICAI HelpDesk for information and technical support for equipment, systems and applications, and NICAI's webmaster or web content manager for website, intranet and social media publishing.

NICAI HelpDesk

IT support is available to all NICAI staff. Our services include assistance with computer hardware, software provision and support, email, file storage, research IT equipment and specialist applications.

Calls and emails received by the HelpDesk will either be dealt with in person or referred to someone who is able to help.
